To date, Coldwell Banker Real Estate corporation franchises more than 4,000 independently owned and operate real estate offices with over 120,000 sales associates covering 29 countries around the world.

Coldwell Banker Middle East (CBME) established in Egypt July 2001with main shareholders El Mansour & El Maghraby Investment group that has a considerable contribution in the biggest investment projects in the region had the exclusive right to franchise in Egypt, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, UAE and Kuwait; Furthermore in 2004 more investors have injected money which doubled the corporate capital.
In 2005 CBME acquired the right to franchise in 4 more countries (Tunis, Libya, Morocco, Jordan) to become CB-MEGA (Middle East and Greater Africa)
Coldwell Banker MEGA (CB-MEGA) is currently operational in Egypt, Lebanon, KSA, Bahrain, UAE and soon in Qatar and Kuwait with total of 25 branches.
Also the door is still open for investors in Jordan, Morocco, Tunis and Libya to reach a total of 11 regional countries.
Last but not least, Coldwell Banker Middle East and Greater Africa is positioning itself as a business referral hub in the territory. That will be of substantial benefit to the Middle Eastern and global cross-country business referrals between franchisees.
